Omelette recipe

What you need for Omelette
 
2 Eggs
1 small onion in chopped form
1 small chopped Tomato
2 chopped Green Chilli
A pinch of Garam Masala
1 tsp vegetable Oil
Salt as per taste

How to cook Omelette

Beat the eggs thoroughly in a bowl using beater or hand blender. Add salt, garam masala to it and mix it well.
Heat the oil in a non stick pan, once the oil is hot pour the egg mixture to it and spread it, now add the chopped onions,
green chillies and tomatoes. Cook the spread on both sides till the color is light brown. The omelette is ready
to be served.
