MUGLAI BUTTER CHICKEN


What you need for butter chicken
INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION
     
          
          Chicken - 500 gm(8 pieces)
          For marination - 1/2 cup curd (thick)
          Cardamum powder - 1/4 tsp
          Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
          Ginger - garlic paste - 1 tsp
          Jaifal powder - 1 pinch
          Salt according to taste
          
          
INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY
          
          Butter - 2 spoon
          Onion paste - 1/2 cup
          Tomato puree - 1 1/2 cup
          Cumin seeds - 1/2 spoon
          Green chillies - 2
          Milk - 1/4 cup
          Cream - 1/2 cup
          
          
INGREDIENTS FOR BIRYANI MASALA
          
          Clove-5-6
          Cardamums  2-3
          Black pepper whole 7-8
          Cinnamon stick 1/2
          Shah zeera 1/2 tsp
          all roasted and grinded
          
          
INGREDIENTS FOR SEASONING
          
          Salt and black pepper according to taste
          Red chilly powder - 1/4 spoon
          Biryani powder  -1/2  tsp
          Kasoori methi - 1/2 tsp
          Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
          
          
INGREDIENTS FOR GARNISHING
          
          Cream 
          Almonds (soaked)
          Green coriander (finely chopped)
          
          
HOW TO COOK MUGLAI BUTTER CHICKEN
          
          Clean the chicken and keep it aside for 2 hours.
          Then grill or roast the chicken on pan for marination.
          Paste a layer of butter on it.
          Keep it aside
          
          
          Heat the pan with butter in it. Then add green chillies, cumin seeds and onion paste in it.
          Fry it. Then add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree in it.
          cook it well till oil separates from it.
          now we can add seasoning in it.
          now add cream and milk and make thick curry of it. now add chicken pieces and cook for 5 - 10 min 
          at slow flame. garnish it with green coriander leaves and almonds and serve it pipping hot.
