MIX KADAI VEGETABLES RECIPE INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING MIX KADAI VEGETABLES       150 gm bell peppers (capsicum) (red, green, yellow) cut into cubes       1 tomato       1/4 cup baby corn       2 carrots       8-10 french beans       2 green chillies (slitted)       200 gm corns       100 gm broccoli        1 tsp red chilly powder       1/2 tsp turmeric powder       1 tbsp coriander powder       1/2 tsp garam masala       8 cherry tomatoes (chopped)       1 tsp fenugreek leaves       Oil for frying       Salt according to taste INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING PASTE        3 large onions        4 tomatoes       10-12 cashew-nuts     ( Grind them all together to make paste) HOW TO MAKE MIX KADAI VEGETABLESCut carrot, french beans and baby corns into pieces and boil together with broccoli and corn for around 20-30 minutes.Take one non-stick kadai and heat it. Now add oil into it. Add green chillies, bell peppers(capsicum) and tomatoes and fry them.Now add all the boiled vegetables in to this and cook it for around five minutes. After this add all the dry ingredients, salt, paste and some water into the kadai and simmer it till thick gravy is formed. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and fenugreek leaves and serve it with chapatis.
