How to cook KHASTA KACHORI WITH AALOO KI SABJI

               

 

The following recipe is my favourite. Try this recipe and

What you Need for Khasta kachori

 

                 

 INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARING AALOO KI SABJI

 

 

 5 boiled potatoes,mashed

 1 tsp fenugreek seeds

 1 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

 1 1/2 tsp sauf powder

 2-3 green chillies, chopped

 1/2 tsp ginger paste

 1/4 tsp heeng powder

 2 1/2 tsp coriander powder

 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

 1/2 tsp garam masala

 1/2 tsp amchoor powder

 Water as required

 Green coriander leaves,finely chopped

 Ghee

 Salt according to taste

 

 

 INGREDIENTS FOR KASTA KACHORI

 

 

 1/2 kg fine flour(maida)

 4 tbsp refined oil

 Salt according to taste

 Water for making dough

 2 boiled potatoes, finely mashed

 1 tsp coriander powder

 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

 1/4 tsp garam masala powder

 Salt adjust to taste

 Green coriander leaves,finely chopped

 Oil

           

 

 How to Cook aaloo kee sabji

 

 

 METHOD FOR PREPARING AALOO KI SABJI

 

 

 Take a wide vessel and heat up the ghee.Then add fenugreek seeds in ghee.

 When their colour change add cumin seeds and heeng powder in it.

 Then add green chillies and garlic paste in it.After 1 minute add coriander powder,

 turmeric powder,red chilly powder, sauf powder with some water. When mixture leaves

 oil then add 4 cups of water and mashed potatoes and stir and bring it to boil.Then add salt to it and 

 turn the flame slow.Heat it for around 10 minutes.Then add garam masala and amchoor powder

 in it and leave it for more 10 minutes.Garnish it with green coriander leaves.

 Your aaloo ki sabji is ready to eat

           

 

 How to Cook khasta kachori

 

 METHOD FOR PREPARING KASTA KACHORI

 

 

 Take maida flour and add salt and refined oil in it.Mix it well till small balls 

 can be formed.Then add water to it and make soft dough of it.Keep this dough aside 

 for  1 1/2- 2 hours.Till then mix mashed potatoes along with coriander powder, red chilly

 powder,garam masala powder,salt,chopped coriander leaves.Then make small balls of dough

 and fill it with mashed potatoes mixture.Heat up the oil and put the balls in it.Deep fry 

 till they get golden brown.Seive them and serve them pipping hot with hot hot aaloo ki sabji.
