What you need for Cheese Omelette
1 cup Cheese (grated)
4 Green chillies (chopped)
6 tblsp Milk
2 tblsp Butter
2 tsp White Pepper
Salt as per taste
red chilli powder as per taste
How to cook cheese omelette
Break the egg in a bowl,add chopped chillies, milk, salt, red chilli powder, pepper and beat using
an egg beater or hand blender. Heat a non stick pan and put the butter in it, add the mixture of
egg prepared and spread it in the pan evenly. Now sprinkle the grated cheese on the spread.
Cook the spread from one side and then fold the spread into half. Now the cheese omelette is ready
to be served hot.
