Today I will give you the recipe for preparing butter naan. Butternaan is a type of bread that is served with a lot

of North indian curries, specially chole, daal makkhni and shahi paneer etc

 

 

What you Need for Butter Naan

 

INGREDIENTS

 

 

 

1 cup maida

1/2 tsp baking powder

4 tbsp curd

1 tsp salt

Little kalaungi

50 gm butter

Oil

 

How to Cook Butter Naan

 

METHOD

 

 

 

Mix maida, baking powder, curd and salt

 

Then prepare dough from it.

 

Apply oil to it and again mix it for another 7-8 minutes.

 

Apply oil to the vessel and keep aside the dough for at least 1 hour or

till the dough swells up to the double of its size.

 

Heat the butter.Now make small balls of the dough and apply butter to every layer

of the naan, give the shape of naan to it.

 

Apply kalaungi to it and bake it in the preheated oven or cooker. 

Serve it after applying butter to it.
