A lid or plate to cover the vessel
 
How to Boil Eggs

Put eggs in a deep vessel and add water so that the eggs are completely covered with water.
Cover the vessel with a lid or plate and put on the flame. In about 15-20 minutes, the boiled
eggs are ready. Remove from the vessel and peel them by putting these under cold water.
You can eat boiled eggs with salt (kala namak) or you may fry them with onion and green chillies, or
you may even prepare a sandwich using boiled eggs.
