FISH PAKODA RECIPE

What things do we need to prepare fish pakoda?

Ingredients:

 

  • 6 white fish fillets (steamed and cut into pieces)
  • 2-1/2 tbsp corn flour
  • salt according to taste
  • Oil for deep-frying pakoda
  • Red chili powder adjusted to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves

How to cook fish pakoda?

Method for fish pakora

  • Take some water and wash the fish properly.
  • Beat the eggs, salt, chilli powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves together to make a batter. Add corn flour and mix well to form a smooth batter.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai or deep-frying pan.
  • Dip each fish piece into the batter and fry in batches till golden and crisp all over.
  • Serve the fish pakora pipping hot with your favorite chutney or ketchup.
