Egg Omelette toast recipe

What you need for Egg Omelette Toast

2 eggs
2 slices of Bread
1 small finely chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 finely chopped tomato
2 small green chilies chopped finely
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp Vegetable Oil to
Salt as per Taste
Red chili powder as per taste
 
How to cook Egg Omelette toast

Beat the eggs thoroughly in a bowl using egg beater or blender. Add salt, chilli powder and milk to it and mix it well.
Heat the oil in a pan, once the oil is hot pour the egg mixture to it and spread it, now dip the bread slices in
the mixture and make sure that the bread slices are evenly covered in the spread. Add chopped onion tomato and coriander leaves
to it.
Cook on low flame on both sides and serve the Egg Omelette toast hot on a dish.
