How to cook Egg curry

Peel the boiled eggs and use a fork to make pores in the boiled eggs (so that the masala goes inside). Fry these eggs in little
oil and set aside. In a bowl add salt, coriander, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and some water, keep it aside for later use.
In a deep vessel add vegetable oil, heat it. Now add chopped onion, garlic, tomato and ginger and fry the mixture till the onion turns golden brown.
Now add the mixture of masala kept in the bowl to the vessel and heat till the oil starts seperating from the mixture.
Add the fried egg pieces to it and add two cups of water and boil it for few minutes on low flame. Simmer for around 10-15 minutes.
The egg curry is ready to be served hot.
