Egg Biryani Recipe

What you need for Egg Biryani

1/2 cup Vegetable oil
8   boilded eggs
2   finely chopped medium sized onion
4   sliced tomatoes
2   crushed flakes of garlic
2   bay leaves
1   inch stick of cinnamon
1   brown Cardamom
4   green cardamom
2   bowls Basmati rice
1   tsp garam masala powder
1   tbsp chopped coriander leaves
3   cups warm water
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per Taste
Chili powder as per taste

How to cook Egg biryani

Take a deep vessel and heat vegetable oil in it. Add chopped onions, crushed garlic, bay leaves, cinnamon and cardamoms and fry
them until the color of the mixture turns golden brown.
Prick the eggs using a fork and add this to the above mixture. Add turmeric, chili powder and garam masal and heat it for about 5 minutes.
Now add pre-soaked rice and fry for 2 minutes. Pour water, salt as per taste, and cook over a low flame until the rice is tender and water is evaporated.
Serve the pipping hot egg biryani with raita.
